As an administrative assistant at Phoenix Marriage and Family Therapy, I am the first point of contact and the steady support behind patient care. From initial pre-consultations to billing, credentialing, staffing, scheduling, and follow-ups, I ensure every detail is handled with clarity and compassion. My work keeps the practice running smoothly, allowing clinicians to focus on healing. Behind the scenes, I am a ceramicist of responsibilities that shape each client’s experience.
