I am a nursing student at Morgan State University with hands‑on experience as a nurse extern on a cardiac telemetry/med‑surg unit. Along with my passion for patient care, I am a scholar in the Center for Financial Advancement, where I am building skills in financial literacy and leadership. Dedicated to creating opportunities for my community, I plan to open my own nursing business, pursue real estate licensure at 19, and expand into entrepreneurship. Known for balancing academics, work, and leadership, I strive to combine healthcare and business to make a lasting impact.

At Morgan State University, my claim to fame is being the student who refuses to limit herself to one path. While pursuing my nursing major, I am also completing a minor in [insert your minor] that allows me to expand my knowledge and prepare for life beyond the hospital setting. Whether balancing the demands of my nurse externship at Lankenau Hospital, excelling in my coursework, or participating as a scholar in the Center for Financial Advancement, I’ve built a reputation as someone who embraces challenges and turns ambition into action. I’m also laying the groundwork to earn my real estate license at just 19, while preparing to one day launch my own nursing business. My peers know me as the student who always has a vision for the future and the determination to make it happen. I want to be proof that you can be a nurse, an entrepreneur, and a trailblazer all at once.

Most Memorable Moment:

Some of my best memories at Morgan come from the people I’ve met and the experiences that pushed me to grow. Meeting my roommate and making close friends has been one of the highlights of my college journey. They’ve become like family and have made campus feel like home. I’ve also learned how important networking is, and I’m proud of how much more confident I’ve become in putting myself out there and building connections. Another standout experience has been working in the Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs, where I got a behind‑the‑scenes look at how leadership works on campus and how much effort goes into supporting students. These moments stick with me because they’ve shaped not just my college experience, but also the kind of person and leader I want to be moving forward.
