Lavandrea Ficklin is a senior Business Administration major at Benedict College with a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, and community engagement. Over the past four years, she has built diverse experience across retail, food service, and youth outreach. Lavandrea spent two years at Marshalls, where she developed key skills in customer relations and sales support. She also worked as a Brand Ambassador for Oishii, representing the brand through marketing and consumer engagement efforts.
On campus, Lavandrea serves as a Residential Assistant, supporting student life and fostering a safe, inclusive environment. She also held a leadership role with Odessa Health, where she guided Boston-area teens in developing actionable solutions to reduce mental health stigmas in the area.
