About   (request update)
For most of my life I've been an athlete, and I imagine I always will be. But growing up, the resources to build the foundation for proper athletic development weren't always there for me. I knew if I wanted to be successful, I'd have to figure the ingredients out on my own. This is how I came to be fascinated with the study of human movement. From breathing and anthropometrics to program design and conditioning, I can safely say this is a subject that has my undivided attention.

Currently, I'm pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Delaware State University, where I'm expected to graduate in 2027. I'm passionate about learning, so I take every opportunity to study the theories and principles of Exercise Science extracurricularly as well.
