Greetings! I am Junita McDaniel, a driven third-year Honors Business Administration student at Florida A&M University with a strong interest in strategy, finance, and leadership development.

My most recent experiences include interning with Jacksonville Electric Authority and participating in the Chase Leadership Development Program at JPMorgan Chase, where I contributed to data-driven marketing strategies and enhanced my skills in Excel, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

I'm passionate about making an impact through research, communication, and strategic thinking in corporate settings and community initiatives. I continuously seek opportunities to grow, lead, and contribute to meaningful projects that solve real-world problems.
