My “claim to fame” in college has been my dedication and resilience. No matter what challenges I’ve faced, I’ve remained committed to my academics, my goals in psychology, and my growth as a person. I’m also known among my peers for being dependable—whether it’s group projects, volunteering, or just supporting others, people know they can count on me.
Most Memorable Moment:
One of my most memorable college moments has been connecting with organizations like the Nixon Thorpe Psychology Club and honor societies. Being surrounded by driven, like-minded students gave me a sense of belonging and motivation that I’ll never forget. Another highlight has been the relationships I’ve built with my professors—those conversations and mentoring moments have shaped the way I see my future. It’s the combination of community, culture, and opportunity that makes my HBCU experience so memorable and meaningful.
