I am a dedicated Customer Service Agent with nearly a decade of experience at American Airlines, specializing in passenger assistance, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth travel experiences. My role has allowed me to strengthen my leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills while serving diverse customers daily. In addition to my career, I am pursuing a degree in Health Administration at North Carolina Central University, where I maintain a strong academic record. I am also an entrepreneur, building my faith-based lifestyle brand, FRGVN, which reflects my commitment to leadership, service, and resilience.
