I have 40 years of foodservice experience with the last 19 years being in skilled nursing and long-term care. I love those I serve in the long-term care world, because I may be the only family they may have. My strong work ethic has been instilled within me by my Daddy and trust me, two of my brothers carry the same trait. We've always worked hard and some of my best memories were alongside my oldest brother on the breakfast line, learning to flip eggs. My community members have really enjoyed the eggs being flipped, as well as the eggs dropped on the floor. I am passionate about my career, and you can feel my passion and enthusiasm whenever I discuss why I choose to be an RD. I love hard, whether it's the Lord or the people I serve. If I see a need, I take care of it.

Current Whereabouts:

long walks on the beach, watching the sun rise listening to the music (no matter what tunes are being played by the locals) trying new wines at wineries doing life
