I am a dedicated administrative professional, Army veteran, and current Criminal Justice major at North Carolina Central University. With over nine years of service in the U.S. National Guard and Army Reserve, I developed strong leadership skills, managing teams and safeguarding resources in high-pressure environments. My military background laid the foundation for her career in customer service and healthcare administration, where I have accumulated more than five years of experience supporting patients, providers, and clients with professionalism and efficiency .

Currently serving as a Patient Access Representative at ECU Health, I specialize in patient relations, scheduling, insurance verification, and regulatory compliance.
Current Whereabouts:
Learning to crochet so that I can open a pop-up shop for my work.

I aspire to become an attorney specializing in family or immigration law, drawing from my experiences as a veteran, single mother, and community advocate. My goal is to uplift families, support immigrant communities, and inspire my children by proving that perseverance, education, and service can transform lives and create lasting change.
