Current Whereabouts:
I have a strong interest in community service, where I enjoy contributing to initiatives that create a positive impact. In my free time, I also enjoy baking, which allows me to be creative and detail-oriented, as well as spending quality time with friends, which helps me build meaningful relationships and maintain balance in my personal life.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I aspire to begin my career as a social media manager for a sports team, preferably in my hometown of Miami, where I can combine my passion for communication and community engagement. By my late twenties, I hope to transition into the role of a Social Responsibility Strategist with a team outside of Miami, focusing on initiatives that strengthen community impact, promote equity, and foster meaningful connections between organizations and the people they serve.

From the energy of the crowd to the marching band and the celebration of culture, it was more than just a game, it was an introduction to the vibrant spirit of my HBCU community.

Commissioner's Aide Intern | The Office of Commissioner Oliver Gilbert III
From June 2025 to August 2025 • 0 year(s)
This summer, I had the opportunity to serve as a Commissioner’s Aide Intern for Miami-Dade County Commissioner Oliver Gilbert III, where I gained firsthand experience in public service, communications, and legislative work. I contributed to his media campaign and managed social media content to strengthen community engagement and increase public awareness. Working with the legislative team allowed me to better understand the policy-making process and how government decisions directly impact constituents. Overall, the internship enhanced my skills in communication, research, and collaboration while deepening my commitment to civic engagement and equity.
Department of Transportation | Small Business Transportation Resource Center
From July 2024 to August 2025 • 1 year(s)
Interning with the Department of Transportation’s Small Business Transportation Resource Center gave me the chance to learn how federal programs support economic growth and equity for small and minority-owned businesses. I assisted with outreach efforts, helped connect business owners to valuable resources, and observed how the center provides guidance on certification, contracting opportunities, and capacity building. Through this experience, I saw the importance of ensuring that underrepresented entrepreneurs have access to government opportunities. It strengthened my interest in public policy and reinforced the role of inclusive practices in driving sustainable community development.
