 My employment with company I apprehended shoplifters. I also trained new associates along with long-term associates and develop them for long terms of success. I also partner with the management staff on how to reduce shrink as an overall within the company. I also did investigations where we got internal and external by completion of investigations, once prosecuted, I represented the company by going to court receiving restitution money back. My job was to protect the company’s assets and the safety of the associates.
