A dedicated retail professional with over three years of experience in customer service, merchandising, and sales since August 2022. I’ve worked with well-known brands such as Nordstrom, Macy’s, and Gap, where I’ve built strong skills in client engagement, product presentation, and teamwork. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, I do combine her academic training with hands on retail expertise to prepare for a future in business and entrepreneurship.
