Life & Professional Aspirations:
My life and personal aspirations are rooted in my desire to become a doctor, specifically a pediatric endocrinologist. Growing up, I watched my grandmother struggle with diabetes, and helping her manage her condition sparked my interest in medicine. Those experiences showed me how important it is to have doctors who care deeply about their patients and their families. I want to make that same difference—especially for children and communities that often lack access to quality healthcare. Beyond becoming a doctor, I aspire to educate families about managing chronic illnesses, serve as a role model for young Black women in medicine, and continue to grow in environments that celebrate and empower Black excellence. Through compassion, knowledge, and service, I hope to build a career that improves lives and inspires others to do the same.
