While in college, I turned my love for henna into a business that continues to grow across campus for turning my talent into empowering self-expression.
Most Memorable Moment:
A memorable moment for me in college was when I gained the confidence to put myself out there and start offering henna professionally. At first, I struggled with self-doubt and worried that my work wouldn't be good enough. I questioned whether anyone would trust me to create something permanent, even if only for a few weeks. But once I started doing henna for others, those fears slowly washed away. Each new client, each smile, and each finished design helped me to realize that I was more capable and talented than I gave credit for. That growth in confidence didn't just transform my art, but it also transformed me.
