I am Azzurai Rainey, a Computer Science student at North Carolina A&T with a passion for innovation and impact. I earned Google Cloud and Dell AI certifications, placed third in Hack NCAT 8.0 as a freshman, and serve as Secretary for Lewis Gives, leading community service initiatives. Through civic engagement and tech projects, I combine problem-solving, leadership, and advocacy to empower underrepresented communities. I aspire to become an Artificial Intelligence Research Scientist and patent lawyer, bridging technology and law to create meaningful solutions.

Claim To Fame:

My claim to fame in college is my ability to combine technical excellence with community impact. From earning Google Cloud and Dell Generative AI certifications to placing third in Hack NCAT 8.0 as a freshman, I have demonstrated my dedication to computer science. At the same time, my leadership in organizations like Lewis Gives and civic engagement through city council campaigns shows my commitment to using my skills to serve and empower my community. Being at North Carolina A&T has allowed me to excel academically while making a tangible difference, and I am proud to be a part of a community that celebrates both achievement and service.

Most Memorable Moment:

One of my most memorable college moments was celebrating a Friendsgiving with the friends I met during my freshman year, just before heading home for Thanksgiving break. That gathering reminded me how much I had grown since starting at North Carolina A&T and how deeply I had connected with a community that feels like family. It was a simple moment, yet it captured the friendships, support, and sense of belonging that have made my college experience truly unforgettable.
