About   (request update)
Aïda Isabelle Anne Noël is a pre-law student at Howard University pursuing a degree in International Business with a double minor in Foreign Policy and Political Science. She is the President of The Esther Funds Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preventing college dropouts and advancing educational equity through financial support and advocacy. With experience in restorative justice, nonprofit leadership, and civic engagement, Aïda has served as a Youth Court Defense Attorney and as a Howard University NAACP Student Ambassador. Known for leading with compassion and integrity, she is committed to building justice-centered systems that uplift underserved communities and amplify marginalized voices.
Current Whereabouts:
Lately, I’ve been finding balance through movement, creativity, and service. I spend time at the gym as a way to stay grounded and disciplined, and I enjoy long walks that allow space for reflection and clarity. I remain actively engaged in volunteering at youth centers, where community-building and mentorship continue to be central to my life. Creatively, I enjoy crocheting, video editing, and exploring music as forms of expression. Singing and playing the piano give me moments of calm and joy, allowing me to reconnect with myself outside of academic and leadership responsibilities. Together, these interests reflect my commitment to wellness, creativity, and giving back in meaningful ways.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My life and professional aspirations are rooted in service and impact. I hope to contribute to building systems that lead with empathy, equity, and accountability, while creating space for those whose voices are often overlooked. Through advocacy, leadership, and integrity, my goal is to help make the world a kinder, more just place — one where compassion is treated as a strength and lasting change is measured by how well we care for one another.

Claim To Fame:
My claim to fame in college is my voice — and who I use it for. I am known for speaking when silence feels safer, for naming what others feel but cannot yet say. I’ve become a trusted advocate for students navigating invisible struggles — financial hardship, institutional barriers, and the quiet fear of not belonging. When systems grow quiet around those needs, I grow louder. As President of The Esther Funds Foundation, my work is rooted in the belief that no student should have to choose between their education and survival. I listen deeply, act urgently, and carry the stories of others into rooms they were never meant to reach. I don’t just amplify voices — I protect them, honor them, and insist they be heard with dignity. My leadership is gentle but unyielding. I lead with compassion, yet I refuse comfort when justice is at stake. People don’t come to me because I have all the answers — they come because I will stand beside them until answers are found. If I am known for anything, it is this: I use my voice to make space. I turn whispers into declarations. I remind people — and myself — that advocacy is an act of love, and being a little louder can change everything.
Most Memorable Moment:
Some of my most memorable moments in college have not happened in lecture halls or at campus events, but in fellowship — surrounded by my sisters in Christ at Campus Outreach. In the midst of a demanding academic life, Campus Outreach became my place of rest. It was where I could lay my burdens down, be seen beyond my achievements, and be reminded that my worth is not tied to productivity, perfection, or performance. Through prayer circles, Bible study, late-night conversations, and shared laughter, I found a sisterhood rooted in love, grace, and accountability. There is something sacred about worshipping alongside women who hold space for your growth while covering you in prayer. My sisters in Christ have walked with me through moments of doubt and moments of deep joy, reminding me that faith does not require certainty — only trust. Together, we cried, celebrated, prayed boldly, and learned how to lean on God and each other. These moments of fellowship grounded me. They anchored my faith and gave me the strength to keep showing up — not just as a student, but as a woman committed to purpose. In a world that constantly asks me to prove myself, Campus Outreach reminded me who I already am. And that shared faith, sisterhood, and spiritual home will forever be among my most meaningful college memories.
