My first job was at Jewel-Osco, where I began as a bagger and quickly learned the importance of customer service, efficiency, and teamwork. After just a month and a half, I was promoted to cashier, gaining valuable experience in cash handling, point-of-sale operations, problem-solving, and managing customer interactions during busy store hours. I later expanded these skills at Walmart as a cashier, where I strengthened my accuracy in transactions, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and communication with diverse customers. I also worked as a digital personal shopper for Walmart, which allowed me to develop strong organizational skills, proficiency with technology and online order systems, inventory management, and a focus on customer satisfaction through timely.
