I will never forget the long journey to the 2004 State Solo/Ensemble Contest at UT Austin. It began after the christmas break and i was given my piece, an Italian Aria. I love to sing Italian pieces. I worked on this song for approximately 2-3 months and

Hey!!!! HBCU's are the backbone of Black America. So, I encourage you to go to a HBCU, but know you have choices. Whatever decision you make, keep this in mind, "You can use school or allow it to use you!" BE BLESSED!
