Claim To Fame:
Most people know me as "that little girl with the dreads that drives the big caddie." I was a member of several organizations and participated in several activities during college, such as the Harte Honors College; the Blue Pride Marching Band, symphonic band and pep band; Sophistication Unlimited Modeling Troupe; Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority Inc. (President, Historian, Secretary); Sigma Beta Delta International Business Honor Society (Chartering President); the National Association of Black Accountants; the Black Executive Exchange Program; and several other projects. While doing all of this, I also worked part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. Therefore, my "claim to fame" would be that I was probably one of the busiest people at the school.
Most Memorable Moment:
The most memorable moment in my college career was when I crossed Tau Beta Sigma. This was one of the most special moments of my life because I became a part of a worldwide organization and began to experience the true meaning of sisterhood. The most memorable person in my college career is my wonderful boyfriend, Eric James. The most memorable event in my college career was my first Homecoming. I had never seen such a large group of African Americans come together like that and have so much fun. I can't wait until my first Homecoming as an alumnus!
