Ian Evans is the son of Harold Evans (New Orleans, Louisiana) and Claudette Shaffer-Evans (West Helena, Arkansas).
Ian is finishing his senior year Majoring in Business Administration at Tuskegee University where he has been involved in numerous organizations on campus.
In the fall of 2008 he and others revived a campaign and movement at “TU” (Tuskegee University) to enhance “University Living” as one of his last gifts as an undergraduate before he becomes an Alumni spring of 2009 and that is “The Tuskegee Gentleman and Tuskegee Woman” movement that has grown into a essence and establishment of class and culture for students.
He plans to focus on the Music Industry and Entertainment Field following graduation from Tuskegee in May of 2009. In negotiation with numerous employers that will allow him to apply knowledge that he has gained at Tuskegee University and also to get experience in the entertainment marketing field.
He is open to any position from magazine, imprint and of course record label as well network television station and radio.
Any corporate job in America with substance and standard and a name is very important.
Ian, Born in Los Angeles and raised in Inglewood, California graduated from Westchester High School in L.A. in 2004 with a host of accomplishments under his belt. Education has always been an important family value as former attendance in Head Start, Payne Elementary and Crozier Middle School.
Ian has focused on academic excellence throughout his college tenure at Tuskegee University throughout his college career and has strived to maintain an exceptional academic record overall while at Tuskegee.

Life & Professional Aspirations:
His career goal in life is to own his own Recording Label with artists from all genres of music as well as owning many other businesses in joint with the Recording Label and to have all of his personal dreams to achieved along the way especially giving back and promoting education or his specialty “edutainment”.
He is currently a contributor and journalist for “The Black Collegian Magazine” which featured an article that he directed, wrote and produced entitled “The Dress Code” First Semester Issue (September 2008) Page 16. Also he is a representative for Atlantic Records directly on Tuskegee University’s campus. He is also promoting and marketing the venture New Era Presents…Tradition that is focused on quality and stylish HBCU apparel.
Ian is very open, friendly, and personable. In his life he knows that he must put others first in totality .He is all about networking and being open to new things and new people. Trust and you can “ask about him” anywhere from “Coast to Coast”. He is working o business ventures to cater to the world, America, and especially “his people”. Ian Desmond Evans in totality is living out his purpose in Life and Thanking GOD every step of the way.
