Q&A With Andrew J Turner

What do you think about straight Male Cheer Leaders? Because I am one!
"I think it's great. My homeboy was the first straight cheerleader I ever knew. It was kind of hard for him because he was the school's star football player and during basketball season he was one of the best cheerleaders. Although society can be ignorant to it, I say continue to do what you enjoy doing and be good at it."

Interviewed by Majik Moody 09/30/09

What are some positive and constructive ways you deal with disappointments?
"I'm a little different when it comes to disappointments because I use it to help build my self-esteem. No matter what the disappointment is I try to make it positive. Example if I apply for a job and I don't get it, I will be a little disappointment but then I tell myself that it wasn't the job for me and God has something better in store for me.You can't walk around with a chip on your shoulder or you will get now where in life, always look at the bigger picture."
