After getting my second masters in School Guidence and Counseling, and my doctorate in Social Work, I plan to be an Hospital or School Social Worker (k-12). Also, I plan to start my own company providing ex-felons with an education, job training, and job placements.
Most Memorable Moment:
To sum all three in one (moment, person, and event), me and my friend Kellee was so hungry one night, during summer school, that we went to the dorm basement and shook the vending machine, until a pack of pop-tarts fell. When we returned to our floor, we split the pop-tarts and a pack of capri sun's to last us throughout the night. Also, graduating with my Masters and BS at the age of 25.

I am just now forming the HBCU BOOK CLUB and my interest is in African American Authors who promote sensual, positive images of BLACK PEOPLE.
The BOOK OF THE MONTH for September 2009, is HANNIBAL, BOOK I (not the cannibal Lector but the real life Great Hannibal of Carthage, Africa). The author is a southern writer, TAWANNA SAVAGE. As an inside info for those with that 3rd Eye – THIS WILL BE SOME SERIOUS READING. If you cannot handle “real knowledge” don’t come here. There are warnings all over the website regarding explicit and graphic material for adults only. If you know anything about the Carthagian General Hannibal, then you know if someone is going to write about him they certainly better be warnings on the cover.
As another inside, if our group becomes successful enough, because we are associated with an HBCU, we are eligible to have the author visit us for a private book signing and personal discussion. Not only will we have that privilege but also we will receive a personal performance of the HANNIBAL ROUNDTABLE TOUR, Black History Month 2010. I don’t know about you – but I believe that would be an honor.
