Current Whereabouts:

Currently working on marketing the first minority-owned civil engineering firm in Greensboro, NC. I am into Zumba and I love it!

Life & Professional Aspirations:

I would like to start a business that I could leave for my children to carry on and then pass on to their children.

Undergrad Major: Marketing

Claim To Fame:

My claim to fame after college will be the mark I make in marketing mass transit in the smaller cities of North Carolina. Many people in the south still have a negative view from the 60's of riding the bus or the trains. The truth is our natural resources are being swallowed up and we need to consider carpooling or using the mass transit system. My goal is to make sure people know the benefit of using this type of transportation so that we will have resources left for our children.

Most Memorable Moment:

My most memorable moment since I began taking courses in college is the first semester that I took a full course load. I did not think that I would be able to do so while working full time and taking a tax course outside of campus. I was able to take 12.0 credits and achieve a GPA of 3.5. This proved to be the catalyst that needed to push forward in my endeavor to get my BS.

Activities & Accomplishments:

Was not engaged in a lot of activities. Belonged to one service group.

Best Memories:

Senior Day when we chlled out on the hillside of the campus and sipped wine without the instructors ever knowing. Ahhhhh those were the days.
