"Hands down...! The experiences you receive at an HBCU are like no other. The love and connection among students and faculty alike, you can not compare. V U U...I love it...Ilove it...I love it!!!!! As a matter of fact I would wish that my children attend an HBCU."

My Interview Question
What are your future goals?
Current Whereabouts:
I have a lovely home in the suburbs of NY with my husband and our two children.. I have a government job and I still remain envolved in sports.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
To make the position of USG (Under the Sec. General) within the next 10 yrs. and to travel to at least one country in each continent within that time frame.

Virginia Union University class of 1999
Undergrad Major: Criminal Justice
Claim To Fame:
My claim to fame would be the birth of my son in November of 1999 and my Daughter in May of 2007.
Most Memorable Moment:
First, would be running the last CIAA track Meet of my college career in 1999. However, a close second would have to be graduating VUU although I technically finished in 1999 I did not make it official until 2005 when I returned to VA and walked across that stage.
High School: HArry S. Truman in Bronx, NY class of 1994

Moc Trial Team, Lots of Community Service
Best Memories:
Too many to recall...But the Senior Trip to VA beach is right up there!

Things are good! My son is 8 and I have a 1 year old daughter. Things are good in Georgia. I teach k, my husband and I just celebrated our 3rd anniversary on our daughters bday. Our son and DST keeps me very busy!
