About   (request update)
Hmmm....let's see....I don't think there is anything special or unique about my biography. I didn't grow up in the ghetto, although the neighborhood that I did grow up in was a little rough or face adversity; I was never told that I couldn't achieve anything; No one discouraged me from my career and life goals; My mother never got deathly sick; Nothing really traumatic or violent happened to me; and even though it was just me and my mom, I never went lacking for any essential need. To say at the least, God truly blessed me and kept me, even though I have slipped and fallen since being on my own. Just like Steve Harvey says, "He ain't through with me yet!".
My Interview Question
If you could travel anywhere in the universe, where would you go and why?
Current Whereabouts:
On the subject of music, I listen to everything from Mozart to Marvin Gaye to Musiq Soulchild....I feel that it is our right as african-american people to embrace that which we have created, and as far as american genres of music, all of it stems from negro spirituals, which in part is something we created. When it comes to books, I like to read novels that are entertaining ( i.e black romance/fiction books ( yes, Zane is included too)) but I also like to read self-help guides and learn about topics that are either extreme or challenge someone to think outside the box. I don't watch a lot of movies, but I do keep up with what's current in the entertainment industry, like everyone else. However, I am not star-obsessed or care about what celebs do in their personal life. When I do watch a movie, I like watching comedies, but not the cheesy, over the top black comedies that are usually flops in the theatre or direct-to-dvd ( or any comedy like it for that matter) I like great mysteries and dramas and also movies based off of a good book or tv show. On the contrast, I do love cheesy tv shows and some reality television as well as one of the best shows created in the 21st century......Robot Chicken!!!!!!!
Life & Professional Aspirations:
After I graduate in December, I plan on obtaining my Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and becoming a Vocational Rehab Counselor for the state of GA. As for life aspirations, I would like to become a teacher or a community motivational speaker for pre-teen and teen girls. I'm not sure if i want to get married and have children right now; just enjoying life and living it to the fullest.
Education   (request update)
Savannah State University class of 2009
Undergrad Major: Rehabilatation Services
Campus Organization:
Me Phi Me
Claim To Fame:
People on campus know me as the-girl-who-is-with-so and so.....( i.e "Girl i'm out here with Clarissa and her friend(me); I don't know, some girl") lol . I have a diverse group of friends and I hang around a lot of people, so I'm always seen with a different person all over campus.
Most Memorable Moment:
My most memorable college moments were during my freshman year, especially when I took part in the Alternative Spring Break program that year. The experience alone changed my life and views on the status of life everywhere outside of my own little world.
High School: Johnson Magnet High School in Augusta, GA class of 2005

Activities & Accomplishments:
Seriously.....I can't even remember, but it doesn't matter; that was 4 years ago lol
