I am currently starting a section of the National Council of Negro Women in the Nashville TN area. Our section is the Middle Tennessee Beauty Professionals.

Most Memorable Moment:

My most memorable person from my first college years is of Dr. Wesley McClure, president of Lane College in Jackson, TN. At that time, Dr. McClure was a mathematics teacher for the Upward Bound program. Of all the educators that I grew up knowing, Dr. McClure prepared us for earning a living while stressing how important mathematics really is in our lives.
