Tell me something interesting that everyone should know about you?

Undergrad Major: Mathematics
Claim To Fame:
After college I plan to attend a university that has an M.D. /PhD. program in math or chemistry. After attending this institution, I then plan to do my residency at a hospital where my service is greatly needed and I will have great impact on the community. Achieving these goals, will led me to my dream of becoming a pediatric surgeon and move toward my second goal of being a research chemist in medicine. After a couple of years, I want to continue my education and go back to school to become a criminal justice lawyer. No matter how hard it may take and how strenuous obstacles may be, I will continue to work hard to acquire the success I desire to have.
Most Memorable Moment:
As a freshman at Spelman College, I enjoyed many presentations, socials, convocations, achievements, clubs and activities, however; there is one person that I will remember forever. Since I am mathematics major, I was given an advisor in the math field. The lady that was given to as my advisor not only helped me overcome the challenges and adjustments I faced but also became a very close friend to me. My advisor is there for me whenever I need her and always encourage me to succeed despite the times I may feel I can not. She has become my role model, my idol, my friend and an inspirational leader. She inspires me to perform my best, making Spelman College into a warming and caring environment for me. She is helping me to become a better student and at the same time a better person. I do believe “Improvement is always needed in an individual”.
