About   (request update)
I am committed to excellence and very insightful. I am not afraid to love much and respect all.

Non-Profit Management-Mission Evaluation-Assist individuals in finding purpose and meaning for the life they’ve been given, creating a life plan, motivating individuals to live on purpose, by design, without regret and provide additional resources to help each person continue to live meaningful, enjoyable, vibrant lives. Develop curriculums for non-profit organizations and local non-profit ministries.
Career & Employment Management. Provide tools and resources to unemployed/underemployed professionals! My aim is to help individuals overcome their challenges in securing employment opportunities and live the kind of life designed.
Organizational Development- discovered the most important priorities to address in the organization, and suggested a change-management plan, and then guided the organization through the necessary change. Enhanced the organizational performance and individual staff development. Developed, organized and lead a workforce development initiative (designing curriculums and programs) geared to helping unemployed people strategically secure new employment. Successful through partnerships with the business community and helping candidates improve their skills.
Perceptive View- High motivation on getting individuals to live inside out rather than from outside in… to have a perceptive view on every aspect of their life-from being reactive (panicking) to a proactive approach (to strategically plan each step and maintain a high level of expectation).
