Claim To Fame:
As a mother of two, my children went to class with me. This could not have happened anywhere but at a school like my alma mater. The professors and my classmates were our family away from home. Many who saw us may not have known my name, but my "claim to fame" or calling card would be, "Hey, aren't you the lady with the two babies? Where are they?" My "babies" are now college students: a senior and the other a junior.
Most Memorable Moment:
I missed Mrs. Ledbetter's English class. Well, she saw me from a distance as I was leaving the cafeteria with friends. Not only did she "call me out" regarding my absence, she also called my mother, one of her former students, the next day.
