Claim To Fame:

I am currently Miss Sophomore for the 2006-2007 school year, which is my "claim to fame." However, I desire to inform others that at Clark Atlanta University, the title of a queen demands responsibility. It is my goal to educate my classmates and others about the continual need for empowerment in the African-American ethnicity, as well as the responsibility for Blacks to take part in philanthropy to HBCUs. I will use my position as a way to do this in a great magnitude, along with a commitment to serving my community.

Most Memorable Moment:

My most memorable event is being awarded to opportunity to have dinner with Clark Atlanta University's president, Dr. Walter Broadnax. This was a great honor because I was able to learn that he is an approachable, humble individual who has lived a life of high achievement.
