About   (request update)
Current Whereabouts:
I am currently participating in a medical school internship at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tn. It is a 7 week long program in which we are taught and trained to take the MCAT. They have provided us with the books and computer programs needed to do our best on the MCAT. We are in class 10 hours out of the day taking tests and learning material needed for it. we have the best student teachers who are either medical school graduates or 2nd -4th year medical students. they really take their time and make sure that we understand everything.

Alabama A&M University class of 2009
Undergrad Major: Biology
Claim To Fame:
I want to be an obstetrician/gynecologist when I graduate from college. I have wanted to do that since my freshman year in high school when i saw a classmate give birth in the bathroom at my school. I thought it was the most amazing thing in the world. I also like to help people, especially women because there are so many different religions that do not believe in having another man look at certain parts of the body. I also want to open my own free clinic to all of the women who cannot afford to have the best care or the best doctors to make sure that they are in good health and that their unborn children will be in good hands.
Most Memorable Moment:
the most memorable person that i have met in college is a woman named Dr. Leatha Bennett. She was my psychology professor. I loved her class because she made it fun. She liked to interact with her students and most of all she did not treat them like they were kids. She made sure that everyone understood what was taught and she was very straight forward. Of all of my professors so far, i have learned more from her class than anyone else. She was the one person that we could call in the middle of the night if we had any problems. whether in her class, college life, or even our personal lives, she was always there.
