I am a dedicated champion of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) awareness and organizational transformation with expertise in DEI, policy development, culture change, data mining, and tactical implementation of strategy development. I've had the privilege of serving as an executive, coach, mentor, administrator, and advisor across public education, non-profit, and for-profit sectors, delivering inventive and impactful strategies that are scalable, repeatable, and sustainable enterprise wide.

I served as the principal strategist of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, championing a transformative culture for a STEM focused non-profit that specialized in experiential learning experiences and career pathways for over 2.2M Pre-K to 12th grade students and over 1,900 programs nationwide. Built the strategic implementation of DEI for all enterprise functions [HR, Finance, Operations, Communications, Legal, and Teaching and Learning] impacting 6,000 employees and 30,000 students. Directed, motivated, and mentored six (6) direct reports with oversight of a $850K annual budget. Owned the creation and implementation of an interactive equity profile. Utilized training by the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) to coach on adult social emotional learning and build psychological safety. Coached on data analysis and the formation of peer-to-peer networks to promote inclusive behaviors.
