I currently reside in Nashville, Tennesse at the illustrious Fisk University, but I am originally from Columbus, Ohio.

Claim To Fame:
Upon my completion of college, I intend to pursue a masters in midwifery. After doing so I hope to begin my own clinic specifically focused on minority's issues with child birthing and pregnancy. I also hope to eventually travel to less fortunate countries and asssist those whom otherwise would go with out health care. It is my personal beleif and opinion that no person should ever be with out health care it is not a luxury, but a necessity.
Most Memorable Moment:
My most memorable moment in college was the first time I entered a debate with my African American studies teacher in school. We debated whether our generation faces more obstacles today than generations of the past. During the debate she argued that today people use obstacles as a crutch whereas in the past they did what was necessary to continue on. Her argument taught me the invaluable lesson that no matter who you are or what you come from you can truly become whatever you want, your past does not delegate the future.
