Claim To Fame:
I plan on being involved in clubs and beneficial activities in school. From what I was told my school doesn’t have a swim club or team, and I believe that it won’t be a bad idea to start a swim club or team. I am a big fan or the challenging waters. I also plan to attend medical school after Morgan State to either John Hopkins or preferably UMDNJ (University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey). My life long dream is to become an anesthesiologist.
Most Memorable Moment:
I have been asked this question many times for college essays, scholarship essays or class assignments and I have always stumbled upon it because I could never find something most memorable in life because life to me is memorable everyday, and to have the blessing to live everyday is something never to forget. I would be at many cross roads trying to decide who is most memorable person in my life, because there have been many, what is the most memorable event, because I have been exposed to events that make a difference to me all the time, or the most memorable moment because practically every moment is unforgettable in my life and I would be going on and on about moments that change much about me. However on May 26, 2007, the very beginning of that day had an effect on everything. This was the day I graduated from high school. From the moment I began proudly striding to the traditional graduating tune, to my motivational speech and to when my tassel was turned and I was an official graduate of W.D. Mohammed high school. This was the most memorable everything that consisted of memorable moments, people and the event as a whole. I would never forget that day. The moment was exhilarating because some people thought that I wouldn’t make it that far, and proving them wrong was the best feeling in the world. On that day every person that came out to support me made me remember who has been there for me and hopefully will be there for me in the future. This event made me realize that I can pick my own self up, dust my own self off and responsibility isn’t that hard to acquire. So to me, my high school graduation consisted of the most memorable people, the most memorable moments and the most memorable event I my life. This event tells me how far I came, how far I can push myself, what I can do and what I have the potential to do now and forever.
