Owning my own business and corporation and being able to make it successful enough that I can pass them on to my offspring (Zachare, Kimani, [Palestina North, McCray, Brandon, Eddie Powell) Love all of ya'll even if the priviledge has been taken from me to ever see you and tell you that I always wanted you and always wanted to tell you that I love each and every one of you.

Created classmates.com web page for Central State University, created classmates.com web page for 3rd Armored Division United States Army, Created classmates.com web page for city of Detroit. Niku Systems Administrator/Mentor. Mentored to 22 Project Managers. Increased resource participation by 210%. Systems admin: reports, approving and posting of time sheets for 300+ resources. Conducted base lining for City of Detroit projects including but not limited to: 800 Mega Hertz, Police, and fire department projects, and Human resources. Risk assessments for various city driven projects. Responsible for user profile creation standards. Created permission setting policies for computer and applications for the city of Detroit. Updated and upgraded of portfolio manager for city of Detroit projects in information technology areas. Creation of multiple portfolios for executive management. One of the 'Original developers' for Detroit Resource Management Systems (DRMS). Architect for various projects for city of Detroit. Weekly report creation in MS Access and Crystal Reports. System upgrades and applying of patches. Maintained resource database / repository with 40+ project plans. Converted software application from ABT to Niku version 5.2.1. PVCS Administrator/Oracle Developer Responsible for file maintenance, installations, and system upgrades. Developed Oracle reports. Converted 24,000 windows files into Unix usable code. Upgraded PVCS version 5.1 to version 6.6.10 on windows and Unix platforms. Implemented training course for new recruits: speeding profitability.
Most Memorable Moment:
The birth of my son Zachare. My first pick-up truck. Working for Tony Wills (class of '68) Shell Gas Station on corner of 3rd and Gettsburg. Mr. Marcus and Jerome Walker and the entire Benjamin Bannker staff and faculty. All of the staff and faculty of college of business and technology. All the ladies that work in cash management; lets do lunch ladies for old time sake. SMILE.LOL. Receiving my diploma from Johnny Cochran. Initial meeting with past (at the time current) President Authur Thomas and the introduction of freshman class of 1993 speach. Meeting current President John Garland. Ice storm of winter of '94.

Played on Collinwood High School city championship teams in 1985 and 1986. I played on the Cleveland Heights High school football team as a senior.
