About (request update)

I am a genuine person, someone who refuses to have phony friendships or surface relationships. If you are the kind of person who has to have several groups of people to accommodate your personality, you are the the kind of friend for me. I am kind-heart ed, but not a push-over, don't confuse the two. I am a very giving person, until that can be taken for granted, at least. I love spending time with those I love the most and I am everyday trying to find new ways in which I can be a better person.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

I plan to mix an English degree with African American studies and create a prominent black woman working for a African American magazine such as Ebony or Essence. I will most definitely attain my Batchelor's Degree, but I am also going to work on that Master's.

Claim To Fame:

I am an English Undergrad student, with a minor in African American Studies. I once was a Business major, but after realizing that Business was not my call of duty, and with an inspirational speech from Saul Williams himself, I started my quest of a new degree lol. I plan to use the degree in the journalism aspect, with a hint of blackness to the solution. Hopefully this degree will lead me to work for the major African American publishing companies such as Ebony Magazine/Jet or Essence.
