Current Whereabouts:

I'm enjoying my post Morgan life, taking it day by day. Trying to find ways to get closer to my goals of becoming a home owner, being an awesome Mommy (so far my daughter isn't complaining), and working on being an equally awesome wife (going on 5 years so I must be doing something right).

Life & Professional Aspirations:

I actually want to get into E-Marketing, which is the reason why I was enrolled in graduate school. I do one day plan to go back because I'm not trying to stay an administrative assistant forever. I'm throwing around plans to see how I can fund school without having to take out anymore loans, and right now it looks like the best thing for me to do is to at least complete a graduate certificate in E-Business. I'm taking baby steps, and it doesn't hurt either that my new position at Geico has me working in the Internet Business Unit, under Sales and Services (get to learn a little something I guess).

Claim To Fame:

My goals were at first to become a certified high school social sciences teacher, and eventually receiving my graduate degree in Guidance Counseling. After working with children of various ages, I have decided that maybe education just wasn't were I wanted to make my career. So, as of this summer I am enrolled at UMUC in their School of Management and Technology pursuing my Masters of Science in Information Technology.

Most Memorable Moment:

My most memorable moment in college, was at the DSU Pride Party (to show how much we love DSU), almost everyone showed up (mind you we had a snow storm that week). We all came by and showed our pride, and even played in the snow afterwards. I have none @ Morgan b/c hmmm not much happens on campus (that has slowly changed).
