People often confide in me about personal matters, and I find myself suggesting options and offering moral support. A pen pal once wrote me, saying that I have a gift for providing encouragement. Before that compliment, I had never really given my manner any thought. I knew that I am very optimistic: I believe that I can do whatever I set out to do, as the way past barriers is found through diligent searching. That has always been my philosophy.

In 2001, I set out to organize a business to motivate and inspire disadvantaged men and women to be successful. However, I found no one willing to work with me who had my passion about encouraging and motivating other people. So I put the business on hold for a while. In the interim, I continued to encourage people in their endeavors.

Recently, I talked to a 60-year-old professor, who was depressed about finding no faculty openings in his area of expertise. I suggested reinventing himself – moving outside of the formal educational arena with his knowledge. Later, I began to study the subject of reinvention.

During my research on reinvention methods, I read an article about the help Life coaches can provide. I then realized that for most of my life I have been coaching others to spot challenges and opportunities.

Presently, I am honing my inborn skills to further enhance the impact of my coaching. I am formally embarking on a Life Coaching career, motivating and inspiring disadvantaged people to realize their deferred dreams.

I am a certified Master Life Coach, in the process of getting certification as a Master Spirit Life Coach.

I am on a mission to encourage and empower disheartened, disenchanted and disadvantaged people to achieve their goals and realize their dreams, whether of personal or professional nature.
