Seeing the world through the eyes of very gifted and talented African American brother's and sister's who are a testament to the beauty, strength, and wisdom of our ancestors 4. William; for making it all possible on HBCU. Thank you for giving us a platform for conitnued growth, enjoyment, and enlightment. You rock!"

Interviewed by Will Moss 08/06/08

how have you been
"Good. I would like to say congrats on making it out of D.C. I would also like to inject a word of caution. Pride is something that is a human trait. I applaud your strength and courage and I am honored to be talking to a well educated brother on his way up the corporate ladder. I would like to leave you with these words as you "shout to all who knew you that you've made it"...... "Be very humble Richard or you'll stumble". Live and thrive so that others view your success as what they could one day be. I am truly proud of you and may you continue to be blessed through out your life and career for all of us should lead by example and yours is one example that I would be proud to follow."

DO you think out of the box
"Thinking outside of the box requires skill and confidence. You have to have the courage of your convictions and, if your lucky, others will adopt your way of thinking and doing things. If your not so lucky, others will just view you as strange. People who think outside the box are successfull and confident and walk to the beat of a different drum. When was the last time you thought outside the box Byran and what was the outcome?"
