Beautiful baby girl, wonderul childhood, 24 years Army wife, two sons, divorced, attended Mercer University, University of Alaska and University of Alabama. Somewhere along the way, my personality was shaped to love all people, especially the elder and victums of alzheimers. Currently working in the legal field as an independent paralegal and as a corporate trainer. A country girl that is simple. Freely, I offer my smile to another whom may not have one. Enjoys writing songs and poetry.

Standing "in the meantyme" as the season change, the leaves are turning, clouds are changing and My life is swinging and I am feeling merry!!!!

To bring the best out in others, by coaching them to attain their lifestyle and career goals. As a corporate trainer and lifestyle coach, I hope to someday make the NostawGroup a top ten forerunner in its industry.
