Claim To Fame:

Here at school, my eyes have been opened to a numerous amount of things which were formally foreign to me. I now know that fairy tales do not exist and your destiny is what you make of it through the choices you pick. Believe you me, I have made some really messed up mistakes when it came to my academics, friendships and also LOVE. But instead of them stopping me, I use them as lessons that I apply to my present situations so I never slip up in those areas again. Also, my time here at school has helped my relationship with God become stronger. Instead of turning to worldly things for comfort when things seem grim, I now turn to Him. On that note, I guess my "Claim to Fame" is that I am now a truly wonderful WOMAN who can only get better from here :)

Most Memorable Moment:

My most memorable moment would have to be when I became a Soror of the ultimate Sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, on April 30, 2005. OO-OOP My Sorors!! I have four beautiful ladies who I would consider my most memorable person(s) here at Grambling. They are Amber "keke" Johnson, Jasmine Guion, Anna-Louise Summerville, and Amaris Phillips. These women have been my everything here at school and I probably would have left a long time ago if it were not for them. They listen when I need someone to talk to, they make me laugh, they always have food to borrow when I run out, they pass the tissue when I can't help but to cry. All in all, they are my best friends and I couldn't ask for anyone better.
