Claim To Fame:
I plan to not only be a social worker but I also plan to open several nonprofit organizations. The first would be a shelter for battered women and their children. Second I want to open a center for before and after school care for children in single parent homes and families who are in financial binds. Last I plan to open a home for foster children that would be an example of how foster homes should be. They would each be stable and as normal as possible for the people who live there.
Most Memorable Moment:
My most memorable person who have to be a dear friend of mine who passed on May 01, 2004. Terrance P. McGrone was a wonderful person. In so many ways he was instrumental in my life. He was a friend, a comedian, a counselor, and a brother. My most memorable moment would have to be the day I found out he had died. I had just gone through a lot at the end of my freshman year in college and that added an even heavier weight to my shoulders. Now I realize that it all made me a better person because it made me who I am. In the words of Faith Evans, "If I had to do it all again I wouldn't take away the rain because I know it made me who I am."
