I am a sophomore Computer Science and Vocal Performance major at Oakwood College in Huntsville, AL, and staying in the remote Wade Hall.

Claim To Fame:

I'm a sophomore at OC. I plan on entering into vocal competitions during the next school term in order to enhance my performing skills. After college I want to go to graduate school to prepare to sing with the Metropolitan Opera and to travel around the world as a classically trained singer. I also want to become a voice teacher so that I can give back to young Black students with great vocal talent. Also, I was nominated to go to Europe this summer (2005) as a student of the International Mission on Music. I am very excited about this opportunity and it should broaden my music horizons.

Most Memorable Moment:

My most memorable moment in college so far was performing in a departmental production of Mozart's opera, "The Magic Flute". It was a fun, eye-opening and learning experience for me and I can't wait until the next performance. I'll put a rain check on some Aeolians choir tour memories. I know those will be a lot of fun. **Shout out to my voice teacher, Ms. Clay. You're tight and you know it!!**
