Chase Cheatham is a healthcare consultant with Gallup. His consulting experience focuses on healthcare clients with an emphasis in workplace improvement, organizational development, leadership, recruitment, retention and employee, nurse, patient and physician engagement. He works closely with Gallup’s healthcare consultants and scientist to develop comprehensive performance management solutions for healthcare organizations that improve business and clinical outcomes.

Prior to joining Gallup, Chase was a professional mediator and law clerk for the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. As a mediator, he helped clients resolve complex business issues regarding contract disputes, employee relations, and civil matters.

Chase received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Morehouse College in 2007 and his juris doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2010.
