My Interview Question
When choosing a friend, what is the one most important attribute that you look for and why?
Current Whereabouts:
I currently reside in the historic Bronzeville community on the Southside of Chicago and teach in one of the largest public school systems in the country, CPS (Chicago Public Schools).
Life & Professional Aspirations:
.To always bring my "A" game .To stay content and happy .To get a PhD .To teach college students (maybe even at Fisk!) .To continue making a major contribution to the future of Black America by educating our youth.

Claim To Fame:
I was a suite mate of Karen (Imani) Bazzell, Miss Fisk 1981 and I was a roommate of Lori Williams, Miss Fisk 1984.
Most Memorable Moment:
I was instructed in several English courses by legendary professor and Harlem Renaissance notable, Dr. L. M. Collins.
High School: Lindblom Technical High School in Chicago, IL class of 1979
 
Activities & Accomplishments:
.Perfect Attendance .Honor Roll .Accepted to every University I applied to . Physics Club .German Club (hey - Spanish and French were filled!) . Class Sing Committee .etc., etc., etc.
Best Memories:
.Being a student at one of the top ranked high schools in Chicago .Making lifelong friends .Trying out for the Pom-pom Squad and receiving a standing ovation. ("Do you wanna get funky with me? Do you wanna?") .Being a Senior during a "most excellent" basketball season (finally being recognized for more than just academics.) .Graduating with "The Talented Tenth!"

GOD is good. My Life carried along the path of a uncle who had a PhD. at seventeen teaching in the south in 1970. I Have a Book foretolded to be a great tool for art.

Nice endeavors! I work in public education and as well desire to help educate college level students. Received a doctorate from Alabama state and am currently doing some adjunct teaching. Peace and take care.
