My hometown is and will forever be Memphis TN, but I got a couple of things planned for the summer- I will be in Baltimore for about a week then I will spend the rest of my summer in North Carolina for a summer job!
I am an arising sophomore at Southern University,and I am preparing to become a nurse for the United States Navy. While here at Southern, I have gotten involved in a couple of things: I was a former freshman class senator, but, now I am a neo for the lovely blue and pure white- Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and currently SU's new Pan Hellenic Council PRESIDENT!Thats RIGHT! I may be young, but I am running things!! I must say this is only the beginning of my lasting legacy.
Most Memorable Moment:
I have yet to have a memorable event but, my most memorable person is/was my big Brother Gary, who was killed in truck accident this past November, I know he is proud of me. Now there is an Angel in Heaven I know, eventhough this has nothing to do with college memories, he will always be apart of my life.
So far, my most memorable event in college was crossing the burning sands into Zeta Land after being online for 5 weeks, 4 days, 8 hours, and 7 seconds. thats right! The FIRST Freshman ever to cross into Zeta Land! how'd I do it? your girl is a beast! my next memorable event was being selected to represent Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. as Pan-Hellenic Council President! To all my BLU PHI FAMILY- don't be afraid to hit me up!
As much as I hate to do this, I have a couple of shout outs! First and foremost, to the Spring '05 line of Zeta Phi Beta's Beta Alpha Chapter and the rest of the family (yes, that do include the SIGMAS)! also, all my other neos, do it big next semester, well I know the ACES will rep it out! Everyone reppin MEmphis 10- you know I love ya'll! Aieshia, Lakey, Valeria, and Marisha- I must say, what an experience we have had in BOLEY HALL?! I love u girls! Bermishia- thanks for sticking by me- ur a gr8 friend. Lawrence, Jeff- you two r the coolest people I have met so far- I love ya'll! To my bestest friend in the whole wide world... Ashley K. Sears!!! I love you, chica. Keep doing your thang at UAPB!!
