After attending culinary school in New York City, i accepted a job with one of the most popular catering companies, On October 2002 i would have my own clam to fame, i entered on of New York Cities, Culinay Expo Commputitions, Competeing with many well known chefs from around the city and the world, my clam to fame came with this african-american man walked away with 1st place best in show 2nd place best tasting hordsouevers in New York City
Most Memorable Moment:
wining the national restaurant association 04/05 scholarship..also wining the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation 05/06 scholarship
