Dr. Finch holds a Doctorate in Management from Colorado Technical University, an M.B.A. in Technology Management from Colorado Technical University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Industrial Technology from the School of Engineering of Tennessee State University. She has served as a Doctoral Committee member since 2009.
Dr. Finch has published several articles in the area of Business and Education, and has been a reviewer for several business, education and technology conferences. She has over 10 years of corporate experience, working as a career counselor, technology consultant, project manager and educator at the elementary, secondary, and college levels.
