As a 24 years soon to be retired member of the U.S. Air Force, I have seen the health of American grow worse every year. Obesity surround me in the communities in which I lived. From Texas to Maryland, To Utah to Mississippi I have witness more people get sick from poor nutrition and lack of daily exercise. In 2000 I made a decision to reach back and share my passion for health and fitness to every one who will listen.
It's 2008 and in December of this year, I will be retired from military service and release from duty to serve you in another capacity. My mission now is to provide you with the tools and the expertise to get you well! I am ready with passion and commitment. If you are ready for a change...don't hesitate...Participate!

Current Whereabouts:
I am helping to change the obesity rate in America. My specialty is motivating others to take action and helping them get over those Mental Hurdles the keeps them from Fitness Success.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
To help somebody as a travel along ...then my living will not be in vain! To leave an inheritance to my Children's Children

Activities & Accomplishments:
Track and Field, Football, Recieved a Job and an Electronic Technician at 16 yrs of Age!
Best Memories:
Being part of the sports team where special to me. It taught me the importance of teamwork, commitment and passion. I carry these traits into my daily life.
