I retired from a career in public education, having served in positions ranging from teacher to superintendent of schools. I am a lifelong writer, and have published a novel, "All My Husbands." The action in this novel is advanced through a series of stories told by Lila Mae and four husbands. I am also a world traveler, having visited six continents.

I am currently into writing e-books and engaging in spiritual lifecoaching via instant messaging and telephone. I am also involved in business coaching.

Planning and leading civil rights movement activities; Writing my first full length play, "And the Wind Returns", which was performed by The Little Theater at Talladega
